The Bees Knees
A classic cocktail enhanced by using our barrel-rested gin. The vanilla flavors drawn from the oak are a perfect match for this honey syrup and lemon sipper!
Yield: 1 cocktail
Equipment
- 1 Shaker ..or mixing glass
- 1 Cocktail Glass
Materials
- 2 oz Madrona Barrel Reserve Gin
- 1 oz Honey Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 each Lemon peel
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
