The Bees Knees

A classic cocktail enhanced by using our barrel-rested gin.  The vanilla flavors drawn from the oak are a perfect match for this honey syrup and lemon sipper!

Equipment

  • 1 Shaker ..or mixing glass
  • 1 Cocktail Glass

Materials

  • 2 oz Madrona Barrel Reserve Gin
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 each Lemon peel

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
