Rose 75
The wide range of ’75’ cocktails are all based on the original French 75 that used champagne or other French bubbles. Our tasting room serves the Rose 75, using a delicious brut rose.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5oz Madrona Garden Club Gin
- 3/4oz Lemon Juice
- 3/4oz Simple Syrup (or agave)
- Brute Rose sparkling wine
Instructions
- Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain into Champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish with lemon peel or fresh fruit/berries.
