The Last Word
Created at the Detroit Athletic Club in 1915, this classic cocktail is still going strong (as is the DAC). At once fresh and complex, this one always tastes like another. As one of the “equal parts of everything” cocktails it is also easy to make as long as you know the base ingredients.

Ingredients

3/4 oz Madrona Dry Gin or Garden Club Gin
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz maraschino liqueur (Luxardo or Lazzaroni)
Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice and all ingredients
Shake for 30 seconds
Pour into a cocktail glass (coupe or Nick & Nora)
Garnish with maraschino cherry or lime
